The Marketing Communications Manager at Conco will satisfy the marketing communication needs of the company its subsidiaries and affiliates. This role reports directly to the President, International Markets and is a member of a Marketing Team with responsibilities including but not limited to:

Responsible for Marketing Communications including Media/Advertising and the production of Ads, Brochures, Literature, datasheets, website, webinars, samples & applications, directories & listings, brand campaign implementation and email marketing;

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  •    Conduct market research & analysis in the areas of prospecting, lead generation, qualifying, market size & share, market segment reports and market trends;
  •    Produce company catalogs, brochures, postcards and direct mail campaigns for direct mail and electronic distribution;
  •    Coordinate with Marketing Team; copy writing, press releases, editing, case studies, success stories, social media, web updates, tradeshows and promotional items.
  •    Coordinate effective international cooperative programs, translation and productions of selling materials and presentations abroad;
  •    Produce with Marketing Team; editorials, case studies, technical publications and presentations for submission to industry events and popular trade journals;
  •    Prepare multi-media presentations for distribution to sales and customers communicating the company's competitive advantages;
  •    Design and prepare product sample kits highlighting the products for their potential application;
  •    Produce new product planning and roll-out strategies, identifying applications and potential beta sites for initial trials, sales and orders
  •    Contribute to market teams with a data-driving approach to understanding and managing markets served;
  •    Develop and execute relevant & timely marketing plans/actions;
  •    Coordination of all marketing efforts within assigned market teams to generate leads and eventually sales;
  •    Propose trade show schedule and budget, organize all related materials and attendance for exhibits;
  •    Oversee team ability to identify new markets & customers based on Conco product offering & core competencies;
  •    Support and improve Customer Satisfaction Survey process for U.S. market;
  •    Ensure consistent use of the Conco brand standards in the U.S. and international markets;

SKILLS:

  •   Ability to travel for trade shows, employee training & presentations;
  •    Knowledge of content management on websites (Drupal preferred);
  •    Able to organize work and prioritize tasks of marketing team, maintain team environment within department;  
  •    Strong technical marketing acumen required;
  •    Ability to present product and service information to 1 or 100

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration required;
  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a similar marketing role;
  • Computer literacy: Office 2010 or later, current desktop publishing programs, Microsoft Dynamics, E-Marketing services;
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record;
  • Maintains a current Passport without travel restriction;
  • Must be authorized to work within the United States;
