Conco Services Corporation is looking for Administrative Support for our Verona, PA location!

This new position at Conco will support all aspects of Conco sales, specifically within our Conco company.   He/She will work directly with the Regional Managers and external customers and will ensure compliance for our client requests for quotes and processing of all orders.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Producing estimates/quotes per direction of outside sales team;
  • Entering all purchase order information and job data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Great Plains software systems;
  • Communicates daily with outside sales department;
  • Notify and distribute all job specific information to the necessary parties (Operations, Manufacturing, etc.) to begin job work flow process;
  • Assist customers with questions regarding Conco services and products, including receiving and entering orders;
  • Maintain customer databases to ensure accuracy and updated component information;
  • Help manage web-based portal vendor registrations for company;
  • Provide account management support to sales team, customers and internal departments;
  • Review customer RFQ documents to determine products and/or service requests and determine formats for required responses;
  • Review purchase orders and contracts for alignment with quoted service scopes, pricing and to determine any special customer requirements that must be communicated to internal departments;
  • Builds relationships to provide repeat business and excellent customer service;
  • Update JIB information;
  • Adhere to Employee's Responsibilities section set forth in Conco's Safety Policies & Procedure Manual A
  • Help answer the phone as necessary.

  • Administrative and clerical procedures such as filing and records management;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs with a proficiency in Word and Excel;
  • Understanding of sales process;
  • This position requires a highly organized individual who is self-motivated and a team player;
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and/or priorities and easily adapt to changing situations.


  • High School Deploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); additional business education in Sales perferred;
  • Proficient in MS Office with a strong emphasis on MS Office, Dynamics CRM and Great Plains software;
  • A minimum of 2-4 years previous experience or equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities; 
  • Must be authorized to work within the United States;

Physical Requirements

  • Physically submit to periodic drug, background and clearance screenings (employment is contingent upon favorable results)
