What the job entails:

Create revenue by selling Conco's products services. As a Regional Account Manager, you will identify value added opportunities and sell mechanical cleaning, non-destructive testing and leak detection services in the Power Industry for condensers and heat exchangers. We offer a guaranteed base, bonuses and commission compensation structure. In this position, we provide professional sales training, giving you the tools to persevere and become the best in our industry.   • You will be selling the company's services to customers located within a specific geographic territory and or named accounts;
  • Maintain existing accounts and expand services sold to these accounts;
  • Cold calling new accounts to expand customer base;
  • Ability to demonstrate services and participate in trade shows and conferences;

Experience/Skills & Education

  • College degree preferred - High School Diploma or GED required;
  • 5-10 years related experience.  Power industry experience preferred.
  • Tenacity, the ability to stick to our process and not give up;
  • Ability to build genuine relationships with customers;
  • Successful and track record of excellence;
  • Ability to aggressively prospect for new business;
  • Positive and consultative winning attitude;
  • Valid Driver's License with a good driving record;
  • Dependable transportation and willing to review work scopes with customers;
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment with an appropriate sense of urgency and accuracy;
  • Ability to travel throughout the country, which may include overnight travel and occasional weekends.
  • Ability to identify new markets and customers based on Conco service offerings and core competencies; 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (both orally and written);
  • Solid knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM;
