The Administrative Support Professional will provide support for all departments in the Industrial Division, with a concentration in sales. This position works directly with the Senior and Junior Account Managers as well as Industrial Customers. This position is responsible to ensure compliance for our client requests for quotes and processing of all orders.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Producing estimates/quotes per direction of outside sales team;
  • Entering all purchase order information and job data into Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Great Plains software systems;
  • Notify and distribute all job specific information to the necessary parties (Operations, Manufacturing, etc.) to begin job work flow process;
  • Assist customers with questions regarding Conco services and products, including receiving and entering systems orders;
  • Maintain customer databases to ensure accuracy and updated component information;
  • Manage web-based portal vendor registrations for company;
  • Provide account management support to sales team, customers and internal departments;
  • Review customer RFQ documents to determine products and/or service requests and determine formats for required responses;
  • Review purchase orders and contracts for alignment with quoted service scopes, pricing and to determine any special customer requirements that must be communicated to internal departments;
  • Cold calling new accounts to maintain and expand customer base;
  • Administrative and clerical duties;
  • Adhere to Employee's Responsibilities section set forth in Conco's Safety Policies & Procedure Manual

Experience and Education

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required;
  • Additional business education in Sales preferred; Proficient in MS Office with a strong emphasis on MS Office, Dynamics CRM and Great Plains software;
  • Must be authorized to work within the United States;
  • Equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities

Physical Requirements

  • Light physical effort equal to frequent lifting or moving of materials up to 25 lbs; 
  • Frequent hand to finger, handle, feel objects & tools, walking, sitting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, talking and hearing;
  • Physically submit to periodic drug, background and clearance screenings (employment is contingent upon favorable results)
