Conco Services Corporation is seeking an International Sales Representative based out of our World Headquarters in Verona, PA.

With hundreds of people working around the world, the Conco team is global, diverse and passionate about delivering quality products and services to our customers in condenser cleaning, nondestructive testing, leak detection or office-based positions. Conco is a long recognized leader throughout the power industry with over 90 years' experience!

We are seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual with Sales experience. Candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, combined with good presentation skills. Individual must maintain strong business values inclusive of honesty and integrity, be well organized, and be an effective time manager. Must be able to build long term profitable relationships with customers and with internal support people inside Conco. Must be able to sell.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Initiate and develop a specific sales plan and strategy that supports corporate sales objectives and strategies for implementation to the targeted prospects and customers.
  • Apply technical and application knowledge to provide customer solutions. Support department business development activities with action.
  • Produce a reliable forecast, establish targets and identify required resources for sales to be achieved.
  • Make sales calls and comprehensive presentations to all qualified and targeted prospects, customers and distributors as idendtified. Sales are expected to increase.
  • Support strategic partners, distributors and agents. Perform sales training and field sales activities with distributor's staff.
  • Generate, prepare and deliver all correspondence, proposals, transactions, presentations, and written and oral communications necessary to prospect, convict, close, deliver and maintain sales.
  • Enters and manages customer, prospect and sales data through the established CRM program. Information must be current and accurate. Uses current technology for prospecting.
  • Activities
  • Travel to all qualified sites and make presentations. Meet required monthly sales quota. 50% field travel.
  • Sell Conco's specialized portfolio of products and services.
  • Take action on contact lists, supporting files, and summary reports from digital marketing campaigns and lead nurture programs to generate sales.
  • Provide all necessary information for the proper administration and successful implementation of service and product delivery.
  • Generate proposals, quotations, and appropriate correspondence in the quality and quantity necessary to satisfy sales objectives.
  • Enter and modify data accordingly to satisfy data management objective.
  • Produce reports per visit and monthly summaries of productivity related to site and sales potential.
  • File expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Attend trade shows and sales meetings as required and host visitors.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • University Degree
  • Multi-lingual
  • Industrial Sales Experience, proven ability to close sales.
  • Current Driver's license
  • Current Passport
  • US Citizen or US Work Permit
  • Must travel overnights
  • Pass Drug and Alcohol Screening
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, presents well.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows, CRM, Internet Explorer, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Proficient in keyboarding
  • Good organizational skills
  • Exercises good judgment
  • Uses discretion in the distribution of information
